About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Richards Bay sales and warehouse operations. The role combines customer‑facing sales activities with oversight of receiving, dispatch and stock control, ensuring smooth daily performance and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or in‑person.
- Prepare and issue invoices, quotes and price proposals.
- Oversee receiving, dispatch, stock control, storage and order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Lead, motivate and coach branch staff to achieve operational and sales excellence.
- Contribute to overall branch profitability and company growth.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, preferably in the timber or related industry.
