Branch Manager – Eastrand

About the role

IZI South Africa is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Eastrand operations. The role oversees cash management services, ensuring efficient delivery of customer contracts while maintaining strict security standards. The successful candidate will drive profitability, safety and staff development in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch financial performance, aligning results with budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee assets such as vehicles and cash processing equipment to maximise efficiency and lifespan.
• Set objectives, monitor performance and apply consistent disciplinary measures in line with legislation.
• Lead succession planning and support Employment Equity initiatives.
• Allocate resources to improve profitability and customer service while meeting Service Level Agreements.
• Address audit findings, operational metrics and ensure compliance with health, safety, security and transport regulations.
• Implement risk and security mitigation measures across all business areas.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, monitor market trends and promote upselling of products and services.
• Contribute to safety plan design, report incidents and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proactive self‑starter with a proven track record of enforcing policies and achieving organisational goals.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, able to motivate and develop staff.
• Experience in cash‑in‑transit, cash processing, security or related logistics operations.
• Good understanding of financial management, budgeting and asset optimisation.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, health and safety standards and employment equity.
