About the role
The Billing Agent will join the Accounts Department team at Domains.co.za, providing support to clients on billing and account queries. The role requires handling all accounts functions efficiently, accurately and professionally while contributing to the growth of the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with billing and account queries.
- Handle all accounts functions efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Required profile
- Valid Matric qualification.
- At least 2 years of proven experience with both debtors and creditors.
- Thorough understanding of accounting concepts.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
- Reliable, punctual, honest and able to maintain confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Advanced knowledge of Internet terminology.
- Working knowledge of Pastel Accounting.
- Bookkeeping experience.
