Assistant Branch Manager

About the role

Medirite Plus Mayville is seeking a dedicated Assistant Branch Manager to support the daily operations of its retail store. The role focuses on driving sustainable sales, maintaining product availability, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sustainable branch sales across health and beauty product lines, including skincare, cosmetics, vitamins and personal care.
• Manage and monitor stock room operations, minimise shrinkage and wastage.
• Maintain the replenishment process throughout the day to guarantee on‑shelf availability.
• Ensure shop‑floor presentation and on‑shelf pricing meet company standards.
• Execute pricing strategies and product promotions.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations and monthly sales/profit targets.
• Support people‑management activities within the branch.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to manage inventory and minimise loss.
• Experience in meeting sales targets in a retail environment.
• People‑management skills.
