Appointment Setter – Remote (South Africa & Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join a digital marketing agency’s sales team. The role focuses on contacting cold and warm leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives. Fluency in English and prior experience in a digital‑marketing environment are required.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introduce agency services and set appointments.
• Follow up via phone, email and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to match agency offerings.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM and ensure accurate tracking.
• Report on metrics such as calls made, appointments set and conversion rates.
• Schedule sales meetings, provide lead information and send reminders to reduce no‑shows.
• Proactively fill the calendar during slower periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in appointment setting, cold calling or lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment‑setting targets.
• Basic understanding of SEO and experience qualifying leads for digital‑marketing services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow‑ups.
• Ability to handle high‑volume outreach while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.
