Antenna Engineer – Design, Testing & Software Development

About the role

We are looking for an Antenna Engineer to join our antenna development team. The role combines antenna design, measurement, and software development to support prototyping, testing and production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design antenna radiating elements and arrays.
• Measure antennas and related components using anechoic chambers, gain standards, probe antennas, network analyzers and RF cables.
• Participate in selection and procurement of measurement equipment and establish antenna measurement facilities.
• Develop and maintain software applications for automated antenna measurements, array optimization and data post‑processing.
• Provide production support, including design of test setups, troubleshooting assembly and testing issues, and evaluating replacement components.
• Respond to internal requests for antenna performance data such as pattern cuts.

Required profile

• University degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering; studies in electromagnetics are advantageous.
• At least five years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of Python or another modern object‑oriented programming language; Delphi experience is a plus.
• Experience with electromagnetic measurement equipment and development of control software.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑driven and a team player.
