AI Search & GEO Specialist (Generative Engine Optimisation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and strategically minded AI Search & GEO Specialist to lead Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) for our AI search business unit. In this remote, full‑time position you will help clients become more visible, trusted, and recommended across emerging AI‑driven search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage GEO and SEO strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of AI visibility, technical SEO, content quality, competitor presence, and authority signals.
• Analyse client performance on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Copilot.
• Identify citation gaps and create actionable roadmaps covering content, technical SEO, structured data, digital PR, and on‑page optimisation.
• Lead client communications, present findings, set expectations, and oversee implementation with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain project workflows, reports, dashboards, and deliver ongoing optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and AI‑focused search optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing presentations and stakeholder management.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple accounts remotely.
