AI Engineering Graduate – Entry Level

About the role

This graduate position offers a hands‑on introduction to artificial intelligence and digital transformation within a fast‑growing airline environment. You will support the maintenance, optimisation and documentation of AI‑enabled digital solutions while gaining exposure to automation and data‑analytics tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support maintenance and performance optimisation of existing digital and AI systems.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides and system manuals.
• Participate in testing of system releases, upgrades and implementations.
• Help plan and coordinate digital solution and AI projects.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Provide basic user support during solution roll‑outs.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand small‑scale initiative requirements.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent (essential).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field (essential).
• Professional integrity and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Learning‑oriented with strong time‑keeping and confidentiality handling.
