About the role
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client’s dynamic team in Pretoria. The role involves handling day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration, including handling calls, emails, and visitor enquiries.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Monitor office supplies, process vendor deliveries, and handle invoice, supplier order, and credit note processing using Pastel/Sage.
- Assist with basic financial administration and reconciliations.
Required profile
- Matric certificate (additional relevant certificates advantageous).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong communication, organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Problem‑solving mindset with great attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using Pastel accounting software.
- Familiarity with Sage accounting system.
