Administration Manager - Christiana Branch

About the role

Hinterland, a subsidiary of Senwes, is recruiting an Administration Manager for its Christiana branch in North West Province. This is a permanent, on-site position suited to experienced retail administration professionals with supervisory and reporting skills. The role covers branch administration, stock control, financial reporting and staff supervision, with a market-related salary.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative reports
• Authorise and reconcile credit notes
• Oversee stock control administration
• Maintain employee records
• Supervise and develop administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legislation

Required profile

• Relevant post-Matric qualification
• 3-5 years' retail administration experience
• At least 2 years' administrative supervisory experience
• Experience analysing administrative and stock reports
• Good communication and leadership skills, with strong planning and attention to detail

Required skills

• Computer literacy
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Advantageous: experience with SAP and strong stock control and reporting skills
