Web & Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Web & Technical Project Manager bridges clients, developers, and internal leadership to ensure web and app projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication. You will act as the client advocate and development coordinator, balancing technical oversight with empathetic communication in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for web and application projects, providing prototypes, mockups, status updates, and transparent communication.
• Coordinate the full project lifecycle from consultation, design, development, QA testing, go‑live, training, to project completion.
• Proactively follow up with leadership, clients, and developers to track milestones, manage tasks, and maintain accountability.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure deliverables meet client and organizational standards.
• Document progress, risks, and next steps in clear status reports for clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical and web project management experience.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills, able to convey technical progress in clear language.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines and quality.
• Background in MSP‑type technical project management.
