About the Role

Join PetSure and make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners. As a Claims Advisor, you will provide critical support during sensitive health moments by delivering accurate, empathetic, and rapid insurance claim decisions.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage insurance claims by applying your veterinary nursing expertise from initial assessment to final closure.
• Provide compassionate customer service to pet owners and veterinary clinics via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with assessors and internal teams to ensure high-quality, accurate outcomes from the first interaction.
• Support GapOnly™ claims in real-time and provide technical veterinary advice to other departments.
• Manage your workload effectively while adhering to strict quality standards and turnaround times.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Veterinary Nurse (Tertiary qualification in Veterinary Nursing is required).
• Proven clinical experience working in a veterinary environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and technical expertise.
• Highly reliable and adaptable to hybrid working models and night shift requirements.
• A genuine passion for animal welfare and supporting pet owners.
