Technical Interior Architect – FF&E Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Interior Architect with a focus on FF&E to support the delivery of luxury hospitality interior projects. The role involves creating and coordinating detailed interior documentation from design development through construction, ensuring the design intent is accurately translated into buildable and procurement‑ready information.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate detailed Revit‑based interior documentation across all project stages (Stage 2‑5).
• Develop technical drawing packages including general arrangement plans, layouts, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections and bespoke joinery details.
• Prepare and manage FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications and asset registers.
• Ensure documentation is suitable for tender, procurement and construction use.
• Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, MEP and interior design teams within shared BIM environments.
• Support technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems and custom interior elements.
• Assist FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking and product approvals.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy and quality across all deliverables, meeting luxury hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in interior architectural design, preferably on hospitality or residential (villas, hotels, resorts) projects.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of materials, structural elements, detailing and documentation workflows.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit (Architectural) proficiency.
