Senior Graphic Designer (Branding Focus)

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage (OSA) seeks a senior graphic designer with a strong branding focus to join a client’s creative team. You will own the visual identity of client brands, shaping their language from concept to final delivery while working independently and directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end branding and graphic design projects, from concept through final delivery.
• Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, booklets, and other literature.
• Collaborate directly with external clients, communicating clearly in English.
• Manage multiple deliverables independently while maintaining high‑quality output.
• Present a strong portfolio of real client branding work that is actively in use.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional graphic design and branding experience.
• Proven ability to own branding projects from concept to delivery.
• Portfolio showcasing active client branding work.
• Experience working independently as the primary owner of design deliverables.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) for client‑facing communication.
• Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience collaborating directly with external clients.
