Performance Graphic Designer – Static Ads (Meta)

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Graphic Designer to create high‑performing static ad creatives for Meta platforms. You will own the full creative pipeline—from research and ideation to design and iteration—to drive profitable growth for our two DTC dog‑care brands.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 12–15 complete creative briefs each week, each containing 3–5 distinct hooks or angles.
• Conduct deep customer and market research (reviews, comments, competitor analysis, Reddit, etc.) to uncover winning concepts.
• Translate insights into clear ad hooks, messaging angles, and structured concepts.
• Design high‑converting static ads, including product images, review ads, “ugly” ads, and headline creatives.
• Iterate on successful creatives based on performance data to extend their lifecycle and scale spend.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of test‑ready creatives without external direction.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience creating static ads for Meta that have scaled spend.
• Proven ability to conduct independent customer research and generate ad angles.
• Deep understanding of direct‑response psychology (hooks, pain points, desires).
• Experience owning end‑to‑end creative production, not just design execution.
• Track record of delivering high‑volume output without sacrificing performance quality.
• Background working with DTC or e‑commerce brands.
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative production and iteration.
