About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Talent Acquisition Consultant to support the Global Business Services (GBS) divisions. You will ensure a seamless, personalised experience for both candidates and hiring managers while delivering high‑quality hires that align with GBS strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Advertise open positions internally and externally using optimal channels to maximise candidate attraction.
- Conduct role briefings with hiring managers, review CVs, and screen candidates against defined criteria.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks and manage the offer process.
- Maintain recruitment performance reports, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage candidate handover to onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and sustain relationships with line managers, HR partners and external service providers.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work under agreed service level agreements and meet hiring targets.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a professional approach to queries.
