About the role
We are looking for an SME Business Consultant to join Pnet’s SME department. In this B2B sales role you will partner with small‑and‑medium enterprises, helping them optimise their hiring process through Pnet’s talent solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques and tools to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Prospect, conduct cold calls and close deals, persuading businesses to adopt Pnet’s recruitment solutions.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, monitor product usage, identify upsell opportunities and ensure contract renewals.
- Accurately handle administrative tasks, documentation and reporting in the CRM system.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through upskilling opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within a consultancy or recruitment environment.
- Strong cold‑calling and telephone communication abilities.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
