About the role
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing service delivery, driving revenue growth, and managing client relations on assigned sites while ensuring safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee service delivery and drive revenue growth on assigned sites.
- Manage client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all site duties are performed safely and comply with company and legal requirements.
- Coordinate activities of site operators, drivers, trainers, and technicians.
Required profile
- Grade 12/N3 with supervisory/management training, Risk Assessment (A2) and Legal Liability (MHSA) certifications.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a technical environment and 3 years operating technical machine equipment.
- Commercial experience with strong customer relations and safety compliance.
