SEO Manager – Remote (Global)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO department for a digital marketing agency that serves home‑service businesses. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving organic traffic and conversions for painting contractor clients through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Test, monitor and adjust tactics based on performance data and analytics.
• Lead, mentor and delegate tasks to a team of SEO specialists, ensuring high‑quality and timely delivery.
• Use metrics to evaluate SEO performance, identify improvement areas and align efforts with broader client marketing goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing SEO teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven track record in on‑page, off‑page, local and technical SEO.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Familiarity with the home‑services sector is a plus.
