Senior Temenos Digital Developer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Temenos Digital Developer to join a fully remote, offshore delivery team based in South Africa. This 6‑month independent contractor position involves 35 hours per week on a time‑and‑materials basis, delivering end‑to‑end features for a Temenos Infinity (Kony) digital banking solution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure solutions across the Temenos Infinity/Kony stack.
• Develop hands‑on components using Visualizer, Fabric, DBX, and Spotlight.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Create and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with internal and third‑party systems.
• Develop UI components for web and mobile channels using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Diagnose issues and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and the broader delivery team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on delivery experience with Temenos Infinity (Kony/Quantum).
• Strong knowledge of Temenos Visualizer, Fabric, Spotlight, and DBX.
• Proficiency in API development and integration patterns (REST, SOAP).
• Comfortable working with a modern JavaScript framework such as Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of digital banking architecture.
• Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment.
