About the role

Aventus Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its fully remote team based in South Africa. The role focuses on sourcing and placing top‑tier professionals for North American clients while collaborating closely with senior leadership on high‑priority search mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer.
• Identify, engage, and assess high‑caliber candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for executive and professional roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Prepare candidate presentations and detailed search reports.
• Partner with leadership on executive and professional search mandates.
• Maintain recruitment activity within internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in executive search or professional services recruitment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
