About the role

Join a reputable dealership in Cape Town as a Senior Petrol Vehicle Technician. You will lead the service team in delivering high‑quality maintenance and repair for petrol‑powered vehicles, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service petrol‑engine vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Supervise junior technicians and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Ensure workshop safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with parts and service advisors to optimise workflow.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience as a qualified petrol vehicle technician.
• Relevant trade test qualifications (merSETA, Olifantsfontein, QCTO).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to provide references and payslips upon request.
