Search & Web Management Manager – Sub‑Saharan Africa

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a high‑energy, strategic leader to own the Search and Web Management function for its Sub‑Saharan Africa portfolio. The role will drive consumer‑centric digital experiences, strengthen brand equity, and accelerate commerce across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the regional website and search roadmap for all brands in Sub‑Saharan Africa.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Global Digital and IT teams, ensuring regional priorities are reflected in the global agenda.
• Oversee external agency partners, content hubs, and IT resources to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO and SEM strategies to dominate the digital shelf.
• Manage website UX/UI, navigation, site speed, and mobile‑first functionality.
• Coordinate content management workflows, including Product Detail Page development.
• Define regional KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize based on analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital, SEO/SEM, and web‑management initiatives at a regional or multinational level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of measuring and improving digital performance.
