Sales Administration Support

About the role

You will support the sales and commercial team by handling routine account activities, coordinating internal processes, and maintaining accurate records. Working under senior sales colleagues, you will develop foundational account‑management skills while ensuring smooth commercial operations and strong customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for assigned customer accounts, handling queries on orders, pricing, documentation and delivery status.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining regular communication and escalating issues when needed.
• Assist with sales order processing, tracking, and coordination with supply‑chain, finance and customer‑service teams.
• Support preparation and issuance of price lists, quotations and pricing updates, including FX adjustments.
• Maintain sales and customer performance reports, analyse trends and forecasts, and update forecast files.
• Help with SAP master‑data maintenance for customers, including Ship‑To/Sold‑To records.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 1‑2 years of experience in technical sales support, customer service or sales administration.

Required skills

• SAP (master data and sales modules).
• Pricing and quotation preparation.
• Order processing and tracking.
• Forecast collection and reporting.
• Data entry and record‑keeping accuracy.
