Reservations Agent – Johannesburg

About the role

Join a dynamic hospitality company in Gauteng as a Reservations Agent based in Blairgowrie, Johannesburg. You will focus on back‑office reservations processes, ensuring seamless connectivity between OTA platforms and internal systems while supporting revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise backend reservations workflows and OTA integrations.
• Synchronise rates, availability and inventory across multiple property channels.
• Manage channel manager functionality and resolve interface issues.
• Ensure booking accuracy and support guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Troubleshoot system errors and OTA platform discrepancies promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams and external OTA partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience with ResRequest in a hospitality reservations environment.
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Airbnb and Agoda.
• Proven experience managing multi‑property reservations and channel manager tools.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable transport for a Gauteng‑based role.
