Recruitment Sales Consultant (Finance & IT)

About the role

Salix Recruitment is seeking a driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to join its fast‑growing Finance and IT practice. You will combine business development, consultative selling and end‑to‑end talent acquisition to deliver high‑value hiring solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in the Finance and IT sectors.
• Deeply understand client businesses, cultures and hiring challenges.
• Source, headhunt and attract top‑tier, specialised talent using digital platforms and compelling job adverts.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, including interviewing, shortlisting and presenting candidates.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide consultative feedback to clients.
• Negotiate offers and close placements confidently.
• Develop and maintain a personal pipeline of clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets.
