Recruitment Resourcer – European Engineering & Construction

About the role

The Recruitment Resourcer will build candidate pipelines across European engineering and construction markets, sourcing and progressing high‑quality professionals through permanent recruitment processes. The role is fully remote from South Africa, working Monday to Friday during BST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for permanent engineering and construction vacancies across European jurisdictions using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, assess experience and suitability, and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Maintain a live candidate database, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
• Advertise vacancies on job boards and the company website, manage vacancy postings and take references where required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment or resourcing experience, preferably in engineering, construction or specialist recruitment.
• Proven experience sourcing and engaging senior‑level professionals across multiple European markets.
• Strong ability to work independently, meet targets and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

What we offer

• Base salary of R18,000–R23,000 per month.
• 5 % commission on every successful placement.
• Additional €1,000–€1,100 per month allowance.
