Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

Winchmore Tutors Ltd is seeking two Recruitment Coordinators to join its Cape Town team. This full‑time, hybrid position supports the UK‑based tuition agency by sourcing, screening and interviewing qualified tutors for one‑to‑one programmes across schools and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for tutors, including posting vacancies, screening CVs and conducting interviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with client schools, local authorities and tutors, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary communication hub between all parties.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align recruitment targets with business needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in hiring and interviewing candidates.
• High motivation to recruit in challenging areas.
• Customer‑service orientation and excellent organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (advantageous).
• Previous experience in recruitment or educational settings (advantageous).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (non‑negotiable).
• Familiarity with recruitment software/tools (advantageous).

What we offer

• Competitive salary of R18,000 – R20,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑18:30 (SA time) with one remote day per week.
