Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers for high‑value engagements. The role operates on UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and offers a base salary of 35k‑40k Rand per month plus a 10 % commission on placements ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in one hour of daily training and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1 m accounts and leverage a world‑class lawyer dataset.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and placements in the company CRM.
• Meet weekly targets for placements and revenue generation.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within legal or professional services.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls.
