About the role
We are looking for a high‑energy Recruiter who blends the finesse of talent acquisition with the drive of a sales closer. Operating on a US Eastern Time schedule, you will act as a consultant to US clients, source elite candidates, and close deals that match talent with opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, understand their hiring pain points, and pitch top talent.
- Proactively source, headhunt, and vet candidates for high‑stakes positions.
- Lead the offer process, negotiate salaries, handle objections, and ensure successful placements.
- Maintain a remote, professional workspace with reliable high‑speed internet.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 360° recruitment or high‑end B2B sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue or placement targets.
- Fluent C2‑level English, able to communicate like a native US executive.
- Willingness to work the 3 PM – 12 AM SAST shift (US ET).
- Strong resilience, target‑driven mindset, and ability to handle frequent rejections.
