Production Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a practical, detail‑oriented Production Administrator to support daily operations on the factory floor and in the office. The role bridges production, procurement and logistics, ensuring that information flows accurately and that schedules stay on track in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and maintain accurate daily production data.
• Issue, monitor and close job cards or work orders.
• Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
• Support stock and materials administration.
• Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain operational spreadsheets and simple reporting dashboards.
• Ensure alignment between physical production activity and system records.
• Facilitate communication between departments and the Process Manager.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in production, logistics, procurement or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both on the shop floor and in an office setting.
• Good communication and follow‑up skills.
• Proactive, organized and reliable.
• Ability to identify delays, shortages and operational bottlenecks.

Required skills

• Basic Excel proficiency
