About the role
Klipboard is seeking a PMO Service Hub Manager to lead its centralised PMO Service Hub. The role ensures consistent, high‑quality project management support, governance and reporting across the organisation while fostering continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain PMO policies, standards and templates and ensure projects follow governance frameworks.
- Collect, consolidate and validate project data, produce dashboards, performance reports and track KPIs, budgets and resource utilisation.
- Support resource allocation, timesheet compliance and the efficient use of global resources.
- Administer PMO tools, manage project repositories, provide user support and drive automation of PMO processes.
- Coordinate communication between project teams and senior stakeholders and assist with onboarding of new PMO staff.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline PMO services and support audit and lessons‑learned sessions.
- Lead, develop and mentor the Global Service Hub Team, promoting a collaborative culture.
- Participate in Global PMO Leadership, contributing to strategy and improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong experience in project, programme or portfolio management environments.
- Proven track record of running or supporting PMO functions.
- Excellent understanding of project and portfolio governance frameworks.
