About the role
We are looking for a proactive Paid Digital Media Specialist to join our Cape Town team. The role is full‑time and hybrid, allowing occasional remote work while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive paid media performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Develop data‑driven media strategies that align with broader marketing objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics using web analytics tools and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with creative, content and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
- Experience in a digital agency or similar environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with solid organisational and time‑management abilities.
