About the role

Key responsibilities

• Contact pre‑qualified existing and new customers to sell a range of telco and data products.
• Provide professional advice on upgrades and additional services.
• Create new customer accounts and keep the database up‑to‑date.
• Stay informed on product comparisons, new offerings, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of outbound telesales experience.
• Matric (high‑school) qualification and clean criminal record.
• Ability to pass a credit check.
• Strong sales ability with proven objection‑handling skills.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
