About the role
Our client is a fast‑growing moving and logistics company that helps individuals and businesses coordinate seamless relocations across the United States. They are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation, build relationships, and support the company’s expansion through proactive outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and CRM tools to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and engage prospective customers, referral partners, and strategic relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update the sales pipeline, and track follow‑up activity.
- Build positive relationships with prospects through professional, responsive communication.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to refine outreach processes and improve lead generation.
Required profile
- 1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, or business development.
- Proven experience with cold outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
