About the role

The restaurant group in Gauteng is seeking a Multi‑Store Restaurant Manager to oversee four locations in Pretoria. You will be responsible for the full operational performance of each outlet, ensuring high standards of service, profitability and team cohesion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across four restaurant sites.
• Oversee stock control, ordering and inventory management.
• Recruit, train, schedule and lead restaurant staff.
• Maintain financial performance and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards.
• Handle customer issues and drive service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years senior restaurant management experience.
• Strong restaurant operations and administration knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and lead teams.
• Long tenure with previous employers and contactable references.
• Energetic, passionate and results‑driven.
