About the role

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a MinePlan Engineer I to ensure the effective operation of Hexagon Mining’s mine planning software at customer sites. You will provide high‑level technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and help optimise solutions that improve safety, productivity, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver masterful troubleshooting and timely solutions for MineSight software worldwide.
• Adhere to support schedules, ensuring clients receive prompt assistance.
• Collaborate with the technical support team and act as the primary customer contact for support and enhancements.
• Take ownership of customer issues, seeing them through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Participate in after‑hours on‑call support as required.
• Follow and improve technical support processes to increase team efficiency.
• Create FAQs and self‑service videos to empower customers.
• Provide documentation of defects and enhancement requests to the Product Development team.
