Marketing Specialist – SEO, AEO & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a driven Marketing Specialist to expand our digital presence through SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and social media. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will own execution of on‑page SEO, content optimisation and social media publishing while contributing ideas that improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement on‑page SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header hierarchy, internal links and URL structures.
• Build on existing keyword clusters and collaborate with external technical‑SEO partners to align recommendations.
• Optimise content for AEO, targeting featured snippets, AI‑driven search results, voice and conversational queries.
• Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush and Moz to monitor rankings, track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Create, edit and repurpose content to fill gaps, ensuring alignment with SEO/AEO best practices before publishing.
• Manage the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, handling scheduling, posting and community engagement using Feedbird or similar tools.
• Analyse engagement metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve reach and brand consistency.
