About the role

Luxity, South Africa’s market leader in pre‑owned authentic luxury goods, is expanding its Sandton City store. We are looking for a motivated Luxury Retail Sales Assistant to join our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to high‑end clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable luxury items.
• Drive sales of luxury goods while maintaining product knowledge.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and secure store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, security standards and housekeeping procedures.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Neat and stylish appearance suitable for a luxury boutique.
• Proven experience in high‑end boutique sales with premium brands.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• POS system operation.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a basic salary of R10,000 per month plus commission (average earnings R14,000‑R30,000).
