About the role
As a Logistics Coordinator at Scott Bader, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials through our warehouse and distribution network. Working closely with the Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor and the broader Supply Chain team, you will coordinate inbound and outbound activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities across the warehouse.
- Process, document, and dispatch shipments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with transport, Hazchem, and company requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes from goods receipt to dispatch.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem‑solving, reconciliation and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
Required skills
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience using ERP systems.
