L4 System Administrator – Windows & Azure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L4 System Administrator to support and enhance our Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise‑level infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work with US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, group policies, and PowerShell scripting.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, including migrations to Azure and Office 365.
• Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Oversee Azure infrastructure, including Azure AD/Entra, AD Sync, and virtual machines.
• Provide remote‑access solutions via Microsoft RDS and manage firewall and patching processes.
• Support end‑users, handle service tickets, and coordinate with vendors for licensing and ISP issues.
• Implement Intune, MDM, and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam) across multi‑tenant environments.

Required profile

• 8+ years in Windows system administration.
• 7+ years with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server.
• 5+ years of Azure infrastructure and administration experience.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting and serving US clients.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
