Junior Foreman – Western Cape

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Foreman to join our construction team in the Western Cape. The role involves supervising daily on‑site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site operations.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Report progress to project management.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years proven experience as a foreman.
• Matric qualification; Red Seal Certificate and MBA are advantageous.
• Residence in the Western Cape.
• Practical experience in both commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of general construction processes, site operations, and workmanship standards.
• Ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site activities.
• Capability to work to project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
