About the role
Our client is looking for a motivated Junior Construction Foreman to supervise daily activities on high‑end residential projects in Durbanville. You will ensure quality workmanship, keep projects on schedule, and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate construction activities.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site labour.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain health and safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
- Report progress to Project Managers and resolve on‑site issues.
Required profile
- Relevant construction qualification (Diploma, Certificate or Trade Qualification).
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Proven experience on high‑end residential projects.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between R20 000 and R30 000.
