Junior Construction Foreman

About the role

Our client is looking for a motivated Junior Construction Foreman to supervise daily activities on high‑end residential projects in Durbanville. You will ensure quality workmanship, keep projects on schedule, and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain health and safety standards on site.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to Project Managers.
• Resolve on‑site issues and assist in maintaining project schedules.

Required profile

• Relevant construction qualification (Diploma, Certificate, or Trade Qualification).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a foreman or site supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Proven experience on high‑end residential construction projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods.
• Site management expertise.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
