About the Position

Join a fast-growing real estate investment firm based in Louisville, Kentucky. Since 2018, we have been specializing in property acquisition, renovation, and resale, and we are now looking for a proactive International Recruiter to fuel our global expansion.

Main Missions

• Identify, attract, and source top-tier international talent through various strategic channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening and conducting professional interviews.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define specific role requirements and team needs.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience, maintaining a positive employer brand throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activities and pipeline status.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on international or remote hiring.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and high level of proactivity.
