About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing and recently lapsed FX partners for Currencies Direct and Exchange4Free. You will focus on retaining partners, improving their productivity, and re‑activating inactive accounts while supporting the broader sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with existing and lapsed partners across specific vertical markets.
- Re‑establish relationships with lapsed partners and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Identify and grow sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct outbound calls and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Handle inbound sales queries, provide accurate product and service details, and gather referral information.
- Coordinate with sales and dealing teams to exchange updates on customer transactions.
- Maintain daily activity and customer information in Salesforce CRM.
- Create and manage affiliate accounts in Salesforce, logging leads, meetings, and activity for Business Development Executives.
- Support the Data Sales Manager with data‑related tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Experience managing a book of B2B partners, preferably in financial services or foreign exchange.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive approach to re‑engaging inactive accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
