Human Resources Business Partner – Paarl (R48k‑R50k/month CTC)

About the role

A premier retail and agricultural group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its Head Office in Paarl. The role is critical for driving talent strategy, operational excellence and cultural transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee retention strategies.
• Advise management on labour effectiveness, skills development, employee relations and HR analytics.
• Support integration of new and acquired business units.
• Champion the Employee Value Proposition and promote a high‑performance culture.
• Lead digital transformation of HR systems and workforce management tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external labour regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resource Management.
• 3‑5 years of operational HR Business Partner experience, preferably in retail or agri‑retail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong administrative expertise with meticulous attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport and willingness to travel.
