About the role

The Human Resources Administrator provides essential administrative support to the HR function, ensuring that personnel records and employment documentation are accurately maintained. This role is pivotal for keeping internal HR databases up‑to‑date and handling a variety of ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize personnel files and employment records in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Update and manage internal HR databases, ensuring data integrity and timely entry of information.
  • Process and file HR documents related to time and attendance, skills development, and other HR initiatives.
  • Support the HR team with miscellaneous administrative duties as required.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accurate record‑keeping.
  • Proficiency in using office software for document management and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with HR colleagues.
