About the role
This fixed‑term position supports the Human Resources team by maintaining accurate employee records and handling a range of HR documentation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and can provide reliable assistance on benefits and personnel queries.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update, and archive employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and amend HR documents such as employment contracts and recruitment guides.
- Assist HR staff with routine administrative tasks and more complex personnel matters.
- Respond to staff queries regarding benefits, including pension, housing, medical aid, leave, and other entitlements.
- Document manpower planning data and generate related statistics.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills for interacting with employees and HR colleagues.
- Experience in HR administration or a related field is preferred.
