HR Coordinator – Talent Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our Talent Team, supporting the design and delivery of talent and organisational development programmes across manufacturing and non‑manufacturing divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and support on training, development and talent initiatives.
• Design, implement and maintain training and talent programmes.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to ensure successful rollout and sustained delivery of development initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership development and employee engagement calendars.
• Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
• Support leadership development and deliver i‑Rise training as required.
• Partner with leadership teams and HR Business Partners to schedule and support development activities.
• Analyse data using AI tools and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Honours degree in Industrial Psychology.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or Industrial Psychology, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of the OEM automotive environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven problem‑solving capability and experience partnering with management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
