About the role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our Talent Team, supporting the design and delivery of talent and organisational development programmes across manufacturing and non‑manufacturing divisions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide trusted advice and support on training, development and talent initiatives.
- Design, implement and maintain training and talent programmes.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to ensure successful rollout and sustained delivery of development initiatives.
- Coordinate leadership development and employee engagement calendars.
- Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
- Support leadership development and deliver i‑Rise training as required.
- Partner with leadership teams and HR Business Partners to schedule and support development activities.
- Analyse data using AI tools and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum Honours degree in Industrial Psychology.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or Industrial Psychology, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of the OEM automotive environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven problem‑solving capability and experience partnering with management.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AI tools.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
